Riverside Living at the Daily Mail The Ideal Home Show
Johnstone Events created Riverside Living for the Daily Mail Ideal Home
Show. Incorporating the showhouse village, we designed a 15m wide river with
a one metre high step weir, and two 15m wide public foot bridges. The river
ran over the weir and into the Earls Court Pool where we exhibited two
Sunseeker motor yachts. Alongside the top part of the river we arranged to
exhibit the latest riverboat prototype design (weighing in at over 50 tons).
All the design, co-ordination, fabrication, build and landscaping was
undertaken by Johnstone Events who integrated it into the Show Village
construction schedule.
